Step 1. Connect to the Internet.

Step 2. Start your e-mail software (such as Outlook Express, Netscape Messenger...).

Step 3. Select the Spam Quarantine Summary E-mail Message from the BCI Barracuda Spam Firewall. Figure 1.

Step 4. In the filtered list, locate the filtered e-mail you wish to recover. Click DELIVER. Figure 2. This action will deliver the filtered e-mail to your BCI e-mail inbox.
Should you wish further e-mail from this sender always be delivered to your BCI inbox, then click WHITELIST. This action adds the sending address to your personal Barracuda Whitelist. |
